Ali Jahangir Siddiqui, Chairman JS Bank, shares his views on how banking will evolve in the future. Ali believes that having a young and enthusiastic workforce and people in positions of leadership will help shape the banking industry of the future, since the new generation seems more adaptable to fast changing work needs and their versatility he believes will be the essential ingredient for change. A younger workforce can relate and interact with customers more efficiently be it the bank’s relationship managers, call centre agent or the developers designing the apps at the back end.
