Job Description:

The Senior Manager – Operational Risk will oversee the implementation of the Operational Risk Management Framework across the bank, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include advising on risk identification and assessment, executing Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), and monitoring Key Risk Indicators (KRIs). The role also involves facilitating operational risk reporting, identifying risks in new products and processes, and promoting a strong risk culture through training and awareness programs. Additionally, the Senior Manager will support the Head of Operational Risk in executing operational risk policies and other tasks as assigned.
