What does lovehandmade.co charge for deliveries from its website?
Shipping rates are calculated by our courier partner blueEX based on weight and size. The exact amount charged would be on the shipping label.
How long will the delivery take?
lovehandmade.co ships orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Depending on frequency of delivery to the city in question, deliveries can take 1-4 days. Typically, deliveries to Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi take 24 to 48 hours, but can take longer if there is a delay with the shipping partner.
Deliveries to smaller towns and cities can take up to a week.
What happens once I place my order
Once an order is received it will be processed, and set up for shipping and delivery as soon as possible.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
An invoice will be generated and sent out as soon as an order is processed.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product or the product is damaged?
Please inform us , we will email a return shipping label, accept the return and refund or swap for an item of equal or lesser value.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Order changes and cancellations have to be made within 24 hours of the placing of the original order. After this period the order is considered final and irrevocable.
